Sharon (Share) Arnaud is a counsellor, space-holder and Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie. She is a lover of truth and transformation. With deep listening and keen awareness, she is able to identify and with guidance, travel with you as you discover and unravel painful or limiting beliefs that still hook you to old conditioning and a diminished way of being.

Share has been a counsellor in private practice for over 20 years, and has studied at McMaster University for addictions, facilitated groups with the York Region Abuse Program and worked with a number of support agencies throughout York Region.

The Work (Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction) is her primary tool and Share has found no modality or method that is more effective for self-realization. She has assisted individuals with healing from abuse, trauma and addictions, as well as counselling for couple work, grief, parenting, codependence, and other barriers that restrict a person from their fullest expression of self.

Share offers individual and couples counselling, as well as hosting a range of workshops, intensives and retreats. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists.

Session Fee:                   C$150 / hr

"Sharon's compassionate, humble and wise facilitation makes participants feel safe and loved so they can tell the truth...and helps them feel brave enough to find out if what they believe might not be true.

Therein lies the great delight - to discover right to the core that one's toxic thoughts are not real."                                                                                                                                      - Deepam Wadds
